My husband and I like our ice cream. I wanted to try making some, so I checked online and found an ice cream recipe that didn’t require a machine. In fact, it only required TWO main ingredients! It seemed so simple that I just had to try it.
The results, was this wonderful, creamy Reese Cup Ice Cream (on top of homemade zucchini bread and drizzled with caramel sauce). Mmm, good! It actually turned out harder than the store bought ice cream we buy.
Here’s a picture of my “add ins and flavoring”, which was 6 Reese Cups cut into pieces, and vanilla extract, and the finished ice cream before going into the freezer.
